Tregarnedd Industrial Park, Llangefni
This development comprised several plots. Ibex carried out the Design for all Site Services and External Lighting, dealing with stringent lighting issues regarding Bat Protection. Ibex then oversaw Plot One to Completion – 6 industrial units, fully serviced with power, lighting and heating, and plumbing to toilets and tea points. Ducts were provided to Vehicle Charging Points and Photovoltaic Panels installed on the roof. The units were Net Zero Carbon ready.
