RAF Cranwell High G Building
This development was for a new, large building to accommodate the High G Simulator and Support Facilities. It comprises Offices, Training Rooms and Meeting Rooms, Viewing Gallery and Medical Room. The Simulator required extensive plant equipment and power. A High Voltage switch room was constructed under an Early Works contract, this housed the 3.5MVA 3.3k High Voltage Switch, supplied and installed by Western Power.
