Pirbright & Lyneham
Ibex were contracted to be the Building Services Engineers of a multimillion-pound redevelopment of Alexander Barracks Pirbright. Fifteen new buildings plus redevelopment of existing buildings were to be designed within a very tight time frame of three months to RIBA Stages, 2/3. This presented a challenging program which Ibex is proud to have achieved.

Electric Vehicle Charge Points were also installed in 4 separate Parking Areas.
Before securing the Pirbright Project Ibex had successfully completed a similar project at RAF Lyneham. That project had also been largescale with IBEX providing the M&E Services Designs for a total of 35 buildings, including an extensive Medical and Dental Facility with Wards and X Ray Rooms and large hangers which housed vehicle and general workshops.
