A new building was constructed to house a state of the art, full sized Chinook MK6 Helicopter Simulator, for the purposes of flight training. The building also comprises, training rooms, toilet facilities and a kitchen/rest room. The building also required an extensive plant room on the ground floor and large plant area which filled the roof space. Ibex oversaw the project through to completion as SME for the MOD.
