ATC Pirbright Welfare Building
As part of the redevelopment of Alexander Barracks Pirbright, The Welfare Building, first to be built in the project, is State of The Art, Zero Carbon. Ventilation has CO2 control and includes passive vents and control to open windows at high level. Heatpumps provided hot water to underfloor heating.
The Ventilation System is sophisticated and employs CO2 and Temperature Control to control high level openable window, passive ventilation and variable flow rates of mechanical ventilation.
The building was heated using heat pumps to underfloor heating and heat pumps also provided hot water. A large array of Photovoltaic Panels were also installed
