Penrhos – New Industrial Units
This development in Penrhos was undertaken for Isle of Anglesey County Council. Ten, new, Industrial Units of different sizes were provided at Phase 1 and a further seven at Phase 2. The utilities were designed in collaboration with SPEN, Welsh Water and Wales and West, to accommodate future, additional developments in that location. The units were fully equipped with power, lighting, and heating. Photovoltaic panels were installed on the roof of each unit, to provide energy savings for the occupants. Provision for vehicle charging points were included for each unit. Landlord’s Supply covered External Lighting and a Common, Car Charging Point.
